- Manage the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, ensuring effective financial planning and resource allocation.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with external auditors when required.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Support the leadership team with ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives.
- A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
- Proven experience in accounting and finance within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in developing and implementing financial processes.
