- Develop and implement sales strategies for the SGT aftermarket business, ensuring alignment with business plan requirements and targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with key collaborators, including regional representatives and customers.
- Identify customer drivers and market dynamics to effectively promote our service offerings and secure new business opportunities.
- Lead the entire sales process, from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and handover to the delivery team.
- Successfully negotiate customer contracts, improving order entry and EBIT.
- Collaborate with other Siemens businesses to bring to bear the full range of Siemens offerings and take advantage of new business opportunities.
- Understand competitor offerings and develop regional strategies to compete effectively.
- Manage commercial risks and coordinate the resolution of technical issues.
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the power generation or engineering industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
- Outstanding account management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- A strategic approach, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals and improving profitability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- A collaborative and determined approach, with a passion for achieving ambitious targets and delivering flawless results.
- Proficiency in SAP, SalesForce.com, and Microsoft Office.
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent relevant working experience.
