This includes:
- Assisting in the preparation of cost plans, budgets, and tender documentation
- Supporting procurement and contract administration processes
- Undertaking valuations, site visits, and progress reporting
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Contributing to risk management and value engineering exercises
