They have also recently been awarded a much-admired Investors in people gold award, by offering their people the very best of flexible working hours and a working from home policy, flexibility and collaboration are synergetic to this businesses culture and success.Senior Architectural Technologist RoleThe role of Senior Architectural Technologist will see you taking a leading role and a supporting role in all aspects of commercial creative delivery to a range of existing and new clients offering the highest possible client centric professional services.You will be proficient in all aspects of project design and delivery though RIBA stages 0-7, inspire and develop junior colleagues to ensure the highest quality synergetic service delivery.What our client requires
  • A seasoned and career aspirational Senior Architectural Technologist with circa 10 years’ experience currently operating at a Senior or Associate level.
  • MCIAT would be highly desirable
  • Previous experience of working in a Commercial Architectural Practice.
  • Experience in projects within High-Rise Residential, Retirement living, government framework projects to include MOD, MOJ, Dfe.
  • An interest in specialized areas of construction such as MMC, carbon net zero initiatives, health & well-being.
  • Engage in a proven business development strategy cantered on key account management, while nurturing and expanding client relationships.
  • A client-centric approach.
  • Keen to work in an environment offering the best of collaboration and modern working flexibility.
