- Review defects and deficiencies in assigned schemes with a keen eye for detail.
- Project Manage schemes from initial design scope through to successful completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Guide projects through the RIBA design stages, aligning with the Gateways outlined in the Building Safety Act 2022.
- Create and maintain a 'golden thread' of documentation throughout each scheme, even if it's not currently classified as an HRB.
- Deliver capital works programmes to address defects in the housing stock managed by our organisation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards.
- Implement effective risk assessment strategies to identify and mitigate potential issues.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, ensuring adherence to quality, time, and cost parameters.
- A strong background in building regulations, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects within the public sector or related fields.
- An excellent understanding of the Building Safety Act 2022 and its implications on project management.
