Sacco Mann are currently working with an award-winning Leeds law firm who is looking to bring a Conveyancing Assistant to their highly successful Conveyancing team. This role will be suitable for someone with at least 12 months solid residential conveyancing experience under their belt, who is looking for a long-term career within conveyancing.The RoleThis is a brilliant assistant role where you will be working particularly closely with a very experienced conveyancing solicitor in the field. This team is all about relationship building and as a result they also receive a lot of repeat business.Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting fee earns on the sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold property transactions
  • TSpeaking with referrers and private clients
  • Opening and closing files
  • Drafting documents
  • Ordering and chasing property searches
About You
  • At least 12 months experience working as a paralegal in a conveyancing including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Proactive work ethic
  • Committed member of the team
  • Excellent client care skills
