– Act as a technical authority in the Children & Families Team, providing expert advice and guidance.
– Assess and manage risk with precision and confidence, ensuring the safety and well-being of children and families.
– Drive practice improvements by directly developing team members and actively participating in process mapping, procedure specification, and strategy development.
– Handle complex cases to maintain your credibility and experience within the field.
– Collaborate with Assistant Team Managers and Principal Social Workers to align with the core objectives of the Advanced Practitioner role.Requirements:
– A degree or equivalent in social work.
– Current Social Work England registration.
