- Supervise and offer line management oversight for Lead Child Protection Practitioners.
- Assist in developing high-quality child protection practice across the service and the council.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to enhance the consistency and effectiveness of child protection practices.
- Engage in direct work to assess, plan, and safeguard children and young people while supporting families and carers.
- Manage resources efficiently and ensure best value principles within the Multi-Agency Child Protection Team.
- Oversee and support multi-agency collaboration to embed and champion partnership approaches.
