- Drive the delivery and enhancement of cutting-edge, evidence-based neuropsychological rehabilitation practices.
- Perform in-depth psychological assessments for service users using various methods, including tests, self-report scales, structured observations, and interviews.
- Develop and execute tailored psychological treatment plans addressing mental health and adjustment challenges, informed by a multi-dimensional understanding and current best practices.
- Offer expert psychological insights to the multidisciplinary team to shape and refine therapeutic strategies and intervention plans, and supervise their application.
- Conduct psychological risk assessments and manage risks for service users, providing informed advice to team members as required.
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support the advancement and quality of clinical services.
- Support Service Managers and Regional Managers in service management tasks and provide reports to the Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist.
- Hold a doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent) accredited by the BPS.
- Demonstrate the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret complex clinical information, and use this to guide effective team collaboration.
- Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to handle complex and sensitive issues.
