Position: NAVCOM Project Co-ordinatorAbout the Role: This role supports the successful delivery of NAVCOM and SATCOM projects across a diverse maritime customer base. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You'll coordinate internal teams and stakeholders, manage project processes from initiation to closure, and assist in pre-sales, bids, and customer liaison.The role is ideal for someone with a maritime electronic installation or engineering background who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Support the Senior NavCom Project Manager in managing multiple parallel NAVCOM and SATCOM projects
Follow internal project management processes and ensure compliance across all delivery stages
Own project delivery from kick-off to closure, maintaining a focus on cost, schedule, and performance
Coordinate internal departments, including engineering, logistics, and field service, to ensure successful outcomes
Assist with pre-sales activities, costings, and preparation of Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Support bid preparation and contribute to maintaining strong customer relationships
Monitor and manage supplier performance and project-related costs
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved throughout
What We'll Expect:
Self-starter with strong initiative, resilience, and excellent time management skills
Ability to secure or currently hold Security Clearance
Background in maritime electronics or installation projects is advantageous (or willingness to undertake relevant training)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Customer-focused with a flexible, can-do approach
Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills, particularly in standard office applications
Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Willingness to travel as required
