- Managing marketing data strategy and data quality within the marcomms team.
- Overseeing digital and data resource, provides effective workforce planning and priorities management.
- Managing digital budget and suppliers to time and budget - including partners such as oracle Eloqua and Sitecore. Ensuring cost/value optimisation.
- Providing advice on digital transformation projects across the business.
- Deputising for head of digital in GCS and digital steering meetings.
- Delivering digital projects from concept through to benefits realisation and handover.
- Turning business challenges into digital solutions for driving customer engagement, particularly across our international hubs.
- Monitoring and measures results, using data and insights to evolve and build the digital marketing strategy and other key areas of the business that can benefit from the digital insight.
- Reviewing new technologies and developments in digital marketing, driving adoption of new tools and digital methods.
- Ensuring full compliance with brand guidelines are kept across all eco system/digital estate.
- Providing advice to the executive board and other senior directors within the business on digital marketing, digital transformation and other elements of digital.
- Driving the design of an automated hybrid virtual/physical events experience which tracks data across all touchpoints.
- Providing and explains complex technical information and data to leadership roles interpreting and providing recommendations for both a technical and non-technical audience.
- Delivering continuous improvements in processes through application of best practices and lessons learned. Drives transformational change.
- Partnering with multiple internal and external stakeholders, working in collaboration to (implement strategy/programmes/initiatives).
- Managing, influencing and negotiating with key senior stakeholders (up to c-suite).
- Managing a large team (or several teams) of direct reports, driving the appropriate behaviours to achieve success key performance indicators (KPIs), including a continuous improvement culture.
- Providing performance management, technical and career development and coaching.
- Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Degree standard of education (or equivalent).
- Digital marketing qualification (or equivalent).
- Proven senior management experience in digital marketing.
- Chartered membership of an appropriate professional body.
- APM or PRINCE2 certifications (or equivalent).
