- Identifying potential new suppliers
- Preparing reports and cost analysis
- Ensuring stock levels at optimal
- Resolving customer and supplier queries via for inbound calls and emails, responding in a timely manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working within a purchasing role and import/export procedures
- Sage 200 experience (desirable)
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Team-oriented work approach
- Experience with a background in the construction industry (desirable)
