With a growing need for reliable, confident, and capable individuals, we’re building a team that can truly make a difference — one cover lesson at a time.The Role:As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll be holding the fort when teachers are absent — ensuring lessons continue to run like a well-oiled pencil sharpener. Don’t worry, there’s no marking or planning – just supervising and supporting students to stay on task.Your day-to-day will include:
  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects
  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Acting as a positive role model and keeping pupils engaged
  • Reporting back to teaching staff on any issues or achievements
What You’ll Need:
  • Previous experience working with children or young people (schools, sports clubs, youth work etc.)
  • Confidence and presence in a classroom environment – you don’t need to be the next Shakespeare, just someone who can command attention without detention!
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (don’t have one? No stress – we can help you get it)
  • EWC registration (or willingness to register)
