You'll be empowered to create a growth strategy; you'll be encouraged to win or learn and be an integral part of the business as we further grow and expand.Job Description: Business Development Manager - Product Sales - Telematics, Hardware, SoftwareAs our Business Development Manager, you'll be a pivotal part of our commercial team, working closely with our Commercial Director, Internal Sales, and the technical team, you'll be one of the key faces of the business. You'll have influence and input on developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. Selling a wide range of Software and Hardware solutions.Key Accountabilities: Business Development Manager - Product Sales - Telematics, Hardware, SoftwareBoth office and remotely based, with extensive UK field travel, your duties & accountabilities will include:
· Identify new business opportunities within predominately existing accounts to cultivate, develop and maximise relationships.
· Work closely with the internal sales manager to continuously communicate with the wider customer base (1200). These customers currently sit across Automotive, Aerospace, Marine, Defence, Agriculture, Telematics, Automation, MHE.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with Top 10 clients and gain a true understanding of the capacity within each client.
· Collaborate with the technical team to secure sales opportunities that arise from new product introduction.
· Responsibility for developing & improving internal tools & processes that support successful sales activity.
