- Champion best practices in architecture, code quality, documentation, and incident response.
- Tackle technical debt through stabilization, refactoring, or rebuilding core systems.
- Introduce scalable design patterns for modular game deployment, integrations, and reporting.
- Ensure platform readiness for regulated and unregulated markets.
- Mentor and empower a capable, long-standing technical team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Address skill gaps through hiring, training, or partnerships.
- Build a modern data infrastructure for real-time and historical insights.
- Partner with product and commercial teams to make data actionable.
- Lead technical compliance and oversee platform security.
- Ensure uptime, failover readiness, and tested disaster recovery plans.
- Senior leadership experience (CTO, Technical Director, Chief Architect, or Principal Engineer) at an iGaming Slots Provider.
- Deep understanding of RGS platforms, game delivery, and operator integrations.
- Hands-on expertise in architecture, cloud, APIs, microservices, and data systems.
- Strong background in data architecture and analytics for cross-functional impact.
- Proven ability to grow and guide high-performing technical teams.
- Track record of building scalable, reliable global platforms.
- Passion for games, products, and enabling world-class content through tech.
