Under the guidance of the school’s SENDCo, you will provide in-class support to students, either within specific curriculum areas or working with designated year groups. You will assist with the preparation of resources, collaborate with teaching staff, and support the academic and emotional development of students.Key Responsibilities:Deliver targeted support to students with and without Additional NeedsAssist in preparing and maintaining teaching resourcesCollaborate with staff to implement effective learning strategiesFoster positive relationships with students to build confidence and independenceCommunicate effectively with a range of stakeholdersAbout You:Experience working with young people in an educational or support settingIdeally, experience supporting students with SEND/Additional NeedsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA positive, flexible, and proactive approachAbility to work well within a team and independentlyInterested in Applying?
