The Group Operations Director will lead and develop operations teams across multiple sites, driving efficiency, compliance, and customer excellence. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to support ambitious growth plans.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver operational strategy, setting KPIs and driving performance.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop managers and teams to foster a high-performance culture.
- Manage budgets, reporting, and cost efficiencies.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects on time and to quality standards.
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships to support growth.
- Champion innovation, new technology, and continuous improvement.
- Lead risk, crisis, and business continuity planning.
- Proven track record in a senior/director-level operations role in Fire & Security.
- Strong leadership, commercial, and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder engagement ability.
- Motivated, organised, and values driven.
