- Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver consistently outstanding food in both taste and presentation.
- Develop bespoke menus that reflect client vision, seasonal availability, and event themes.
- Oversee all food preparation, cooking, and presentation to the highest standard.
- Ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and adherence to budgets.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
- Liaise with suppliers to source premium, sustainable ingredients.
- Represent the brand at client tastings.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef within luxury catering, fine dining, or high-end hospitality or ready to step up to a new challenge
- Strong creative flair and ability to develop innovative, bespoke menus.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in delivering for complex, high-profile events
- Highly organised, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
