- Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of 15-20 conveyancers
- Monitoring team caseloads, KPIs, and quality standards
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Optimising processes to enhance client service and efficiency
- Managing team recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews
- Collaborating with senior leadership on strategy and resource planning
- Escalating and resolving client or transaction issues
- Championing continuous professional development
- Fostering a positive, engaged team culture
- A solicitor or equivalent with at least 5 PQE in residential conveyancing
- An experienced leader with proven team‑management ability
- Confident with KPI‑driven management and reporting
- Skilled in process improvement and service delivery
- Commercially aware, regulatory‑savvy, and quality‑focused
- A strong communicator and client‑service advocate
- Salary: £45,000-£50,000
