- Be a True Partner:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, associates and internal stakeholders during implementation projects.
- Lead strategic conversations with clients to align Lyric HCM capabilities to UK business requirements and operating models.
- Lead and Inspire:
- Provide hands-on leadership to the UK Lyric implementation team; coach, mentor, and develop consultants to deliver excellence.
- Lead by example through direct client engagements during early-stage rollouts.
- Foster a high-performance, client-obsessed team culture aligned with ADP values.
- Build and Scale:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to define and execute a team growth roadmap aligned with UK Lyric adoption.
- Partner with global colleagues to support onboarding, process improvement, and knowledge transfer as the team expands.
- Deliver Project Excellence:
- Oversee project planning, delivery, and risk management for key client implementations.
- Ensure all phases of the project lifecycle are managed effectively—initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Escalate risks and challenges proactively to drive resolution and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate and Connect:
- Serve as a key link between UK clients and ADP’s global delivery, product, and engineering teams.
- Represent UK market needs to inform product evolution, localisation, and implementation best practices.
- Create and Innovate:
- Contribute to the development of scalable frameworks, playbooks, and tools to support Lyric’s long-term UK growth.
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation, aligned with ADP’s culture of learning and agility.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HCM or HRIS implementation or consulting.
- At least 3 years in a leadership or project oversight role with proven team development experience.
- Strong client-facing experience with ability to guide clients through digital transformation.
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities with agility and resilience.
- Experience launching new HR technology platforms or leading greenfield implementations.
- Expertise in platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM.
- Knowledge of UK HR/payroll regulatory frameworks and employment practices.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, CIPD, or SHRM-SCP.
- Experience managing remote, matrixed, or cross-functional teams.
