
Logistics Administrator

- Manage filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Input and maintain logistics data in relevant systems
- Upload and update route information promptly
- Liaise regularly with delivery colleagues to communicate schedules, updates, and requirements
- Act as the point of contact for the internal customer service team regarding logistics-related queries
- Provide administrative support to the distribution lead
- Perform ad hoc tasks and assist with other duties as needed to support the logistics team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Personable and effective communicator, able to liaise well with delivery colleagues, the customer service team, and other stakeholders
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Previous experience in a logistics or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
