We're a rapidly growing barre fitness brand based in North London, and we're on the lookout for passionate, motivated, and inspiring Barre Instructors to join our vibrant team.We empower people to “Empower their inner you” - and we're looking for instructors who share our energy, passion, and commitment to helping others feel amazing through movement.Your MissionAs a 4 The Love of Barre instructor, you'll be more than a coach - you'll be a motivator, a guide, and a positive force. You'll lead fun, challenging, and beautifully flowing barre classes that leave our members feeling stronger, taller, and more confident - inside and out.What You'll Do
- 💪 Lead empowering barre classes for groups of up to 20 people
- 🎶 Create a welcoming, upbeat environment where movement meets motivation
- 🧘♀️ Deliver full sequences with clear demonstrations, breathwork, and mindful stretches
- ✅ Help members improve technique, posture, and alignment safely
- 🧼 Prepare the space before and after sessions to maintain a professional and calm studio vibe
- 🌟 Be an ambassador for the 4 The Love of Barre brand - high energy, high standards, and full of heart
- ✅ Barre Certification (essential)
- ✅ Pilates or ETM Qualification (essential)
- ✅ Public Liability Insurance (minimum £2 million)
- ✅ Availability for mornings, evenings, and weekends
