- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers π
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a positive attitude
- Maintain accurate records and manage appointment schedules π
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our healthcare services
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written π£οΈ
- Previous experience in customer service (healthcare experience is a plus!)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills π»
