- Create, evolve and develop the brand marketing framework.
- Create and executing 360 campaigns (creative, messaging, comms and pos).
- Keep up to date with marketing trends whilst keeping a watch on competitive products in the marketplace.
- Overall custodianship of brand TOV and positioning in the marketplace.
- Contribute as the key point of contact in the marketing team for cross functional counterparts.
- Lead the marketing GTM process and supporting with new product flows.
- Contribute and oversee all of the planning and implementation of brand and social campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with the wider marketing team to ensure alignment with the overall strategy.
- Manage the overall brand marketing reporting, achieving KPI.s in the set frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree programs in marketing or in business with a concentration in marketing
- Expert knowledge about marketing and related subjects (advertising, market research, consumer behavior, marketing analytics) with hands-on experience in the industry and in the marketing field
- Three years proven in a similar role, working for a sports/clothing brand is highly preferable.
- Self-motivated, positive and problem solver
- Ability to work with and maintain strong relationships cross-functionally.
- Proven experience of executing 360 campaign executions
- Extremely organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills.
