What You’ll Be Doing:Join our private practice team as a First Contact Practitioner and play a key role in supporting patients with musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions. In this role, you will:
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments
  • Create and implement personalised care plans
  • Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
  • Maintain accurate patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A current and valid HCPC registration
  • Demonstrable First Contact Practitioner (FCP) experience
  • Experience working with MSK conditions in a primary care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:This is a flexible, part-time locum role requiring availability 2 days per week. The contract starts in July 2025 and is ongoing, with strong potential for extension based on performance and service demand.This opportunity won’t last long!
