Attractive ratesResponsibilities:Routine and urgent assessments of children and young people. Clinical formulation of needs and proposal of interventions. Completing Dynamic risk assessments and ability to put in place and support risk management plans. Ability to work systematically with family and the wider professional network. Undertaking therapeutic work with children and families for various mental health and emotion wellbeing presentations. Ability to work as part of a MDT, able to communicate professionally verbally and written, experience using Electronic Patient record and ability to document in line with GDPR guidelines.
