Teaching Assistant Required in SloughAre you a dedicated and reliable teaching assistant who can foster a love of learning? We are looking for a nurturing and professional person to play a crucial role in our fantastic school, helping to create and maintain a calm learning environment.Key Responsibilities:

Assist the class teacher in preparing and adapting resources.
Provide 1-2-1 and small group support in class and run various interventions when required.
Use super communication skills to foster positive relationships with children and colleagues.
Support children with social and emotional needs, including behaviour management.
Track pupil progress and provide valuable feedback to the class teacher.
