- Providing direct support to the young person and their family through virtual sessions, home visits, and community-based activities
- Assisting in the implementation of therapy programmes and interventions as directed by the lead therapist
- Monitoring and documenting the young person's progress, reporting any concerns or observations to the appropriate team member
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sessions and interactions
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of individualised treatment plans
- Promoting a positive and inclusive environment that fosters the young person's growth and development
- Relevant education or experience in a therapy-related field (occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, or psychology)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with young people and their families
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- A proactive and flexible approach to work, with a willingness to adapt to the changing needs of the young person and their family
- A genuine commitment to improving the lives of young people and their families
