We are looking for team members to join our Retail and Cafe Team based in Peloton Studios, London. Above all, our Retail and Cafe Associates are strong communicators who are able to understand the needs of their customers and provide a high level of customer service.16-hour contractYOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTONMaximise sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and merchandise presentationBe a brand ambassador of Peloton Studios as a whole, being a source of knowledge on all things retail, cafe and studio experienceProvide outstanding customer service at all timesWork professionally with fellow team membersHelp to maintain the visual/physical standards of the store and cafe areaAppropriately address member feedback in person, via phone or email with a professional and friendly demeanour.Assist the Group Booking and Events department with any member-organised meetups at Peloton Studios.Act as event support for all onsite member meet-ups, experiences, and events held within the studio spaceProvide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guestsProfessionally and enthusiastically greet membersAssist members with questions regarding class types offered, instructors, live production experience tickets, promotions or upcoming eventsReceive delivered food stocks and supplies, verifying receipt of ordered itemsVisual Merchandising of all areas to maximise sales opportunitiesResponsible for all saleable items to be loaded to CMS in a timely mannerFully manage stock and inventory in both retail and the F&B siteWork on elevating the current offering and always looking for opportunities to growYOU BRING TO PELOTONPrior sales experience - preferably in a customer-focused environmentEntrepreneurial spirit with a desire to exceed sales goalsEnthusiastic, energetic, and personable professional demeanourExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAmbitious, hardworking and team-orientedAn appreciation of fitness and a balanced lifestyleMust be able to work weekends and late evenings- flexibility is a mustProficiency with MS applications (Word, Excel, etc), Apple Products, and Salesforce is a plus#LI-MS2
