With a significant investment in our customers’ homes, we are continuing to grow our existing repairs and planned works teams and have now have the opportunity for two apprentices to join us in our Electrical Operations.Alongside delivering high-quality, first-time fix repairs, we are looking for positive attitude and behaviour which is key to us building great relationships and keeping our promises to our customers. Our teams are passionate about making a difference for our customers and you will need to live our culture aligned to our new values of “We Champion the Customer,” “We Build Togetherness” and “We are Professional.”The Development ProgramDuring your apprenticeship program you will work towards the completion of your City and Guilds Level 3 Electrician Apprenticeship under the guidance of qualified electricians to develop your skills through on-the-job training.Duties and responsibilities:
  • To support the Aspire Housing Electrical operatives with a positive approach to all types of electrical work related to gain the required practical skills, and knowledge to become a qualified Electrician.
  • Learn about working in the electrical industry through hands-on experience, mentoring, and formal vocational training.
  • To complete a City and Guilds level 3 qualification as an Electrician and all competence-based assessments and modules throughout the apprenticeship program.
  • Demonstrate an excellent attitude with a positive mindset to support the business.
  • Support qualified Electricians with tasks related to electrical installation, service and maintenance.
  • To have clear communication skills and a positive approach throughout the program.
