Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Identification:Develop and execute scouting strategies to discover emerging talents and potential clients across various competitions and age groups.
Attend matches and tournaments,to observe and assess players in real-time.2. Player Evaluation:Conduct thorough evaluations of players, analyzing their skills, performance data, and overall potential for growth. Prepare comprehensive reports detailing player strengths, weaknesses, and suitability for representation.3. Collaboration with Management;Work closely with the agency's management and marketing teams to align scouting efforts with the agency's strategic goals and client acquisition strategies. Present findings and recommendations to management for potential client signings.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with scouting technologies and data analytics platforms.
