Job Title: Lead AV Installation EngineerLocation: St AlbansSalary: £38,000 - £42,000Working Hours: Monday - Friday (08:30 - 17:30)Job Purpose Summary:As the Lead AV Installation Engineer, you will take the lead in installing a variety of AV and video conferencing solutions for corporate clients across the UK, with a primary focus on the London area. Your role will be crucial in ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and complete installations within specified timelines.
  • Install and set up meeting room solutions, LED screens, speaker systems, and other AV systems.
  • Provide regular project progress updates to the Project Manager.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers as needed.
  • Lead and supervise junior engineers and contractors on site.
  • Assemble AV racks both on and off site.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Ensure a safe and tidy workspace, adhering to health and safety policies.
Experience and Skills Required:
  • Full UK Driving Licence and valid Passport.
  • In-depth knowledge of Audio Visual and Video Conference systems.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an AV Engineer.
  • Understanding of IT networks.
  • Experience with commercial AV systems such as Crestron, Extron, Cisco, Logitech, etc.

  • Salary: £38,000 - £42,000
