  • Champion Quality & Sustainability: Develop and maintain robust Quality Management Systems that meet ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, ensuring our operations are both high-quality and environmentally responsible.
  • Lead Audits with Confidence: Plan and conduct internal audits, coordinate external ones, and turn findings into practical, value-adding improvements.
  • Drive Data-Backed Decisions: Use reporting tools to identify trends, tackle root causes of issues, and unlock opportunities for process optimisation.
  • Ensure Ethical Standards: Support compliance with BRC requirements and integrate FSC principles to guarantee responsible sourcing.
  • Protect What Matters: Help implement data security measures that safeguard sensitive company and client information.
What You Bring
  • 2-3+ years in Quality Assurance or a similar role, ideally within manufacturing, packaging, or related industries.
  • Proven experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for clear and compelling reporting.
  • Knowledge of BRC and FSC standards is a plus - as is experience in the food or sustainable materials sector.
  • A meticulous eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
