Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their suitability for available positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including negotiating offers and managing candidate placements
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant with a strong track record of billings
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting for white-collar or blue-collar construction or engineering roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
