It’s their life, their way.We are looking for someone to our join our amazing team supporting 3 people with mental health needs who live in Oban. They all who all enjoy getting out and about in their community to join in local events, love shopping, cinema and more..You will be working in their homes, so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested. You should be available to work 24-hour shifts across the week including sleep-in shifts and alternate weekends.So, if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a LicenceWhy Join Us?What will we do?We will train you in everything you need to be a great Support Worker.
