QED Legal are excited to announce a brand new incredible opportunity for a Legal PA to join dynamic, forward thinking law firm in the heart of the city centre.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining seamless secretarial support, confidently interacting with stakeholders and clients, organising diaries, and leading tasks with proactive efficiency.As a legal PA you will provide invaluable support to Fee Earners and Partners within a national team. You'll become a vital part of our established and leading department, handling a diverse range of contentious and non-contentious matters.Key Attributes:

Previous legal secretarial experience
Proficiency in typing, drafting, and producing documents
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Initiative, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn
Ability to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and remain composed
Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
Discretion and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Word and case management systems
