Duties to include:
  • Act as first impression of the Firm to all visitors and guests when meeting and welcoming them
  • Responsible for following all Firm security protocols for all visitors to reception area
  • Answer telephone calls promptly and transfer calls or deal with queries and take messages as appropriate
  • Schedule conference and meeting rooms utilizing the event management software program
  • Set up conference rooms with supplies, service and replenishment of food and beverages as needed
  • Support the business with printing, binding, and courier requests
  • Maintain stock levels of stationery, office equipment and catering supplies
  • Liaise with the Business Development specialist for marketing material stocks
  • Active communication with the PA and other support teams to ensure the business is effectively supported
  • Input invoices and expenses via Chrome River and any other finance administration as requested
