- Working one-on-one or in small groups with students to provide academic support across a range of subjects
- Assisting students with special educational needs (SEN) to access the curriculum and achieve their learning goals
- Implementing strategies and interventions outlined in Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to support student progress
- Supporting students in developing essential study skills, organizational techniques, and confidence in their abilities
- Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to ensure the provision of high-quality, differentiated learning experiences for all students
