- Achieve the seasonal sales and distribution targets in the defined territory
- Develop a seasonal “game plan” to drive Salomon brand guidelines, strategies and priorities (PP program)
- Build, present and coordinate seasonal Joint Business/ Marketing plans with assigned Premium Partners that deliver on strategic objectives of Salomon and maximizes consumer preference and brand experience.
- Identify territory sales, distribution and promotion opportunities while taking care of all the customer related topics - sales and accounting aspects
- Ensures a high level of product expertise and brand knowledge (Shop Pro Training) for store employees in Premium Partner and selected category specialty doors for a best in class consumer experience.
- Increase and maximize Salomon in-store brand visibility and image through defined product assortments and seasonal key story packages
- Manage and execute local consumer activation's / events in Premium Partner Network
- Coordinates a seamless sell-thru execution working with shopper marketers, customer service, IMM
- Develop and maintain great working relationships with key personnel in each account
- Develop and maintain relationship with local sports environment / community (clubs, resorts, event)
- Prepare and review customer performance report on seasonal basis
- Analyze and report competitor distribution, in-store presence and offer
- Inform Market Manager of trade related information on an ongoing basis
- You possess at least 1-3 years of experience in Sales and Area Sales positions in the Footwear and sneaker market.
- You are constantly informed about what is going on in the sneaker space bringing your passion and energy.
- You have excellent selling skills, communication and adaptability.

- Market Knowledge: You understand the market context in which the business operates – knowledge of competitors, customers, partners. You demonstrate profound knowledge of industry and company value drivers that could be leveraged to reshape the market, industry, or the company’s competitive position.
- Critical Thinking: You have the ability to analyse situations and information, to form objective judgement and problem solve effectively.
- Languages: English fluency, French a plus
- IT: Microsoft Office Suite, good knowledge of excel in order to mange big data files, use V look up and pivot tables. You are able to create your own reporting and effective PowerPoint presentations.
