Senior CRM Manager(permanent, full-time)HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?We are looking for an individual who is an expert in leading and executing integrated CRM programmes to deliver an innovative and elevated luxury brand and client experience. This role plays an important part in bringing the Via Arno purpose and client experience pillars to life, to deliver on our commercial objectives.Key responsibilities:
  • Own the CRM / ESP platform relationships, set up and performance: from domain warm up and build, to business reporting and optimisation
  • Partner with channel leads (Ecommerce, Trade + Corporate, Private Clients), the Artisan Management team and the Marketing team to define CRM strategies
  • Look at CRM data through a lens of client insight gathered from the different channels, to ensure that CRM activities build loyal client behaviours
  • Be the champion for data collection, accuracy and cleanliness across the business
  • Work with the channel leads to forecast and measure key performance and client loyalty metrics
  • Design and optimise key client communication journeys across the different channels:
  • Sign up + marketing opt-in capture
  • onboarding/welcome journeys following sign up + opt in
  • transactional communications, from purchase to receipt
  • automated communications + relevant triggered commercial communications to support repeat behaviours
  • marketing calendar cadence, to support content franchise engagement
  • Develop a considered test and learn approach to refine and evolve our communication as we understand client needs, including A-B testing, to deliver an optimised, high performance and compliant program.
  • Develop effective working practices to plan, brief, build, test and send communications across all CRM channels
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
  • Broad knowledge of CRM platforms, ESPs and marketing automation tools
  • Ideally you will have worked in a Founder-led environment
  • Up to date knowledge in GDPR and Data Protection best practices
  • You are a self-starter who is comfortable to work in an environment where you are creating structure and part of defining a business from pre-launch
  • You have a client centric mindset and service driven work ethic
  • You are highly collaborative and enjoys working cross functionally
  • You are a team player who is happy to be hands-on
  • You are detail orientated and analytical, as well as being a creative thinker and innovator
  • You are passionate about elevating the role of craft and appreciating the quality human made items
  • You are interested in various cultural and art forms
