Protocol Education are looking to recruit a Learning support assistant to support in a SEND school.We would love someone with an artistic/theatrical/performing background, to allow for a sense of creativity in the classroom which can help inspire and encourage SEND students.The children you will be supporting have a variety of special needs, including ASD, Social, Emotional, Mental Health needs (SEMH), complex learning disabilities or may need behavioural support.You will be required to aid in the daily activities of the classroom and use your creative background to uniquely support the SEND children in a way only you can. You will provide 1:1 support and create a positive and fun atmosphere. A friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning, as well as the ability to quickly build strong relationships and rapport with individual children is important.This is an Entry level role. Your experience does not necessarily need to be in a school environment, but it would be great if you had experience working or volunteering in-

Sports Coaching
Entertainment at Holiday parks
After school clubs to name a few.
