We are seeking self-motivated, organised and experienced Junior Product Photography Executive to join our team based at our head office in Plymouth.As part of the creative team, you will be a key player in making sure we deliver on inspirational eCommerce for our group of stores. Developing our product photography and lifestyle imagery with particular focus on our core customer demographics. This role will be responsible for all product photography, working in our design team to generate a mix of image types to meet customer needs.Responsibilities:
  • Planning and executing product photoshoots, including coordinating with key stakeholders across the business. Liaising with the wider business to understand priority imagery and ensuring delivery according to our defined guidelines.
  • Creation of aspirational lifestyle imagery using product images.
  • Maintain our photo library and organize files for easy access and retrieval.
  • Assist in the creation of 3D generated imagery, including but not limited to, building of 3D materials using Adobe Substance, and post-production editing in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Liaise and collaborate with product specialists and key stakeholders to work through all on-site imagery that does not meet our standard.
  • Take initiative across your role, pro-actively suggesting and implementing improvements to our product assets.
  • Advocate for our customer, feeding into your own KPIs as well as departmental KPIs.
  • From time-to-time, undertake activities as necessary that are outside of key roles and responsibilities as required by the needs of the business.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Quality: Maintain a high standard of photography, editing, and generated imagery according to the product, business, and customer needs.
  • Photography turnaround: Ensure a timely approach to and delivery of requested product photography.
  • Safety: Ensure that all activities are conducted safely without danger to personnel or equipment.
  • Assist in creating 3D materials and support in visual merchandising to help build 3D environments.
RequirementsQualifications/Skills:
Degree in Design/related field or equivalent demonstrable experience is essential.
Proficient in Adobe suite. Such as Photoshop, Substance, Lightroom, and Illustrator is desirable.Experience and Working Knowledge:Essential
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a similar role within an e-commerce business or digital agency setting.
  • A high level of personal integrity, dependability, and a clear communicator.
  • A demonstrable understanding of product photography
  • Excellent project management skills, including ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working on multiple projects simultaneously
Desirable
  • Customer service, retail and/or e-commerce experience.
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
  • Working on multiple brands.
  • Knowledge of Adobe suite. Such as Photoshop, Substance, Lightroom, and Illustrator.
