- Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions
- Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and select qualified candidates
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to stakeholders
- Proven experience as an internal recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with recruitment strategies and best practices
- Strong sourcing and networking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software (Workable)
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus
