With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, we strive to empower individuals to enhance their beauty and well-being.We are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our HR team. As an Internal Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and attracting top talent to support the growth of our company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and execute recruitment strategies. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic and fast-growing company in the beauty industry.Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions
Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and select qualified candidates
Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and offer negotiations
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues to ensure a smooth onboarding process
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to stakeholders

Requirements

Proven experience as an internal recruiter or similar role
Familiarity with recruitment strategies and best practices
Strong sourcing and networking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software (Workable)
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus
