As a Trade Counter Sales & Branch Assistant, you will process customer orders, replenish trade counter stocks, and provide support to our warehouse team during peak periods. You will also maintain a clean and organized trade counter area and always ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. This is the ideal role for an outgoing and personable candidate who has the confidence to take customer orders and provide key product information to customers.The successful candidate will require:
- Full driving license in order to make local deliveries.
- Strong IT skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the construction or roofing industry.
- The ability to engage with customers and build relationships using excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Flexibility to provide support to different areas of the business as needed.
