The Role:Join us in executing Oribe's commercial plans within the professional salon channel, aiming for defined revenue, salon distribution, volume sales, brand distribution, and profitability. Focus on developing strategic partnerships with carefully identified salons, stylists, and key industry influencers. Collaborate with the UK Sales Manager to expand the Oribe brand in both existing and new customer segments. This field-based position may involve occasional overnight stays to ensure thorough account servicing within the region.What you will do:
  • Financial Success: Achieve and exceed revenue targets for listed accounts, including Regional Key Accounts, as agreed with management.
  • Efficient Administration: Complete administration and reporting tasks as outlined by management, including SDA's, addendums, and CRM reporting.
  • Promotional and Distribution Goals: Attain monthly and annual promotional and distribution goals, measuring vertical and horizontal growth of SKUs and upgrading existing accounts.
  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and maintain previously agreed account base objectives and where possible identify accounts that are suitable for the Goldwell colour range and pass this opportunity to your counterpart on region. Work on combined agreements to win in salon market share.
  • Team Excellence: Ensure team members uphold brand values, comply with company standards, and operate with best practices in salons.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Coach and mentor team members to implement sales strategies, motivate and support them in achieving new product launches, distribution drives, and sales budgets.
  • Social Selling and Prospecting: Dedicate approximately two days a week to social selling, identifying new growth opportunities and suitable Oribe accounts within the region.
What you'll need:
  • Commercial Acumen: Up to 5 years of professional industry experience, preferably in consultative selling within the luxury and hairdressing sector (ideal in B2B Sector).
  • Market Insight: Ability to identify and target new market areas.
  • Relationship Building: Skill in forming ongoing successful relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Adaptability: Self-confident, committed, and enthusiastic with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and motivate team members and customers.
  • Training and Coaching: Ability to deliver training, coach new members, and drive sales performance.
  • Decision-Making: Capability to make effective and clear decisions, including problem-solving.
  • Negotiation and Diplomacy: Negotiation skills with key accounts and the ability to handle challenging customer situations diplomatically.
  • Presentation Skills: Capability to deliver professional training to clients.
  • Analytical and Strategic: Possess analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional business relationships internally and externally.
  • Social Selling Expertise: Ability to use Instagram and advise salons on managing data systems for client engagement and attraction.
