We are looking for a Production Operative to join the Frontier team, based at Ruddington on a full-time permanent basis.You will assist in the safe and efficient production, storage and dispatch of our products whilst carrying out the necessary quality checks and ensuring our health and safety standards are met.The Benefits

About You
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with others and to work without supervision
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships both internally and externally
  • Willingness to learn new skills and personally develop
  • Willingness to undertake relevant training for the role which will be provided by Frontier including specific machine familiarisation and accredited forklift truck and loading shovel courses.
  • A full UK driving license
Your RoleAs a Production Operative your role will involve:
  • Assisting the site team to comply with health, safety, and quality policies
  • Undertaking training required to fulfil the role
  • Ensuring general housekeeping and hygiene of the site is maintained
  • Maintaining workspaces and machinery
  • Producing materials to the set specification, with support from team members
  • Joining team production planning meetings
  • Operating plant machinery using a desktop control system
  • Loading / unloading vehicles as required
