Job Type: Full-time, PermanentAre you an experienced Hydraulic Modeller with at least 5 years' experience in using FloodModeller/Estry/Tuflow modelling packages?My client, a specialist flood risk, drainage, and water management consultancy firm, is looking for a Hydraulic Modeller to operate at a Senior level, to work on projects in multiple sectors such as planning, architecture, construction and renewable energy.This is a fully remote, permanent position.Your role will involve scoping technical work, preparing fee proposals, developing hydraulic models to assess flood risk, estimating model inflows, preparing hydrological and hydraulic modelling reports, and assisting with the development of less experienced team members.The ideal candidate will have:
·Experience in using FloodModeller/Estry/Tuflow modelling packages;
·Minimum Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering/Science, Geography (with a physical base), or related discipline;
·Experience of hydrological flood estimation methods (WINFAP and ReFH2);
