We have several permanent vacancies working 15 hours per week as required Monday to Friday on a 52 week contract. The hours of work will normally be between 5:00pm and 8:00pm.

You will earn a competitive salary of £22,525.71 to £23,633.23 pro-rata and have access to a range of benefits, including:
  • £12 per hour to start, plus extra payments for shift work, including weekends.
  • Travel expenses will be paid - we pay 45 pence per mile for staff using their own car.
  • Pay is every 4 weeks.

This work is about ensuring staff and clients can return to a clean and safe environment every school. You will go home each day knowing you have made a difference.The post will also require supervising staff, providing training and guidance, following HR procedures to the appropriate level.A vehicle will be supplied, but there will be occasions where you need to use your own transport.The successful candidate should hold The Cleaning Operatives Efficiency Certificate or equivalent and have some supervisory experience.The Person.Ability to provide a regular and effective service, working alone or as part of a team.Before confirming to your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.Further Information
