As the B2B Growth Marketing Senior Manager, you will drive new customer revenue and launch major strategic initiatives & channels to drive lead acquisition and conversion while contributing to a fantastic customer experience. You will scale our customer acquisition & demand generation funnel, test new channels, and execute your strategy globally.In this role, you will…Accelerate topline growth by reaching and acquiring great-fit new customersScale our B2B end-to-end demand generation strategy globally, testing new channels, and executing your roadmap across growth acquisition channelsOwn the P&L for new customer growth for Multiverse, and oversee the budget and forecast as we drive toward our revenue goalsConduct & own analyses and A/B testing to help Multiverse identify, prioritize, and pursue high-leverage growth opportunities that maximize key performance metrics (like lead acquisition, new customer revenue, and ROI)Measure channel performance regularly and report on how marketing is driving key metricsEducate VP and C-Suite stakeholders at Fortune 500 / FTSE 250 companies on the power of apprenticeships and Multiverse's value prop & ROI by standing up and testing new marketing channelsServing as an expert on top-of-funnel growth for Multiverse leadership, and managing relationships with ad agencies and 3rd party vendors (like Google and LinkedIn)Partner with Product & Engineering, Sales, Data & Insights and others to build seamless customer experiencesWork with a world-class go-to-market team that helped the business achieve a valuation of $1.7b Series DHow we hireBenefitsTime off - 27 days holiday, plus 7 additional days off: 1 life event day, 2 volunteer days and 4 company-wide wellbeing days and 8 bank holidays per yearHealth & Wellness- private medical Insurance with Bupa, a medical cashback scheme, life insurance, gym membership & wellness resources through Gympass and access to Spill - all in one mental health supportHybrid & remote work offering - with weekly visits to the London office and the opportunity to work abroad 45 days a yearTeam fun - weekly socials, company wide events and office snacks!Our commitment to Diversity, Equity and InclusionWe're an equal opportunities employer.
