Our very busy client based in West Sussex are now looking for a day shift production ManagerManaging 10 people in the factory on a daily basisWorking hours would be 45 per week, Thursday and Friday 6am until 4pm - Saturday 5am to 3pm - Sunday 8am to 6pm, reverting back to Monday 6am to 4pmTuesday and Wednesday offRequirements:Experience within the meat processing industryA keen eye for detail on products outResponsibilities:The smooth running of the lines, production and quality of outputPlanning of time and production schedulesAbility to lead and manage personnel to maximum performanceEnforce strict guidelines on health and safety proceduresSkills:Previous expereince as a manager or shift leader/supervisorExcellent communication skillsProficient in MS or softwareStrong decision making abilities
